Publishing and distribution accounts remain under client control where practical
Nimbus receives only the rights needed to perform the agreed services.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate information
Providing required files and materials
Reviewing and approving work
Confirming they have rights to materials they provide
Paying agreed fees
Complying with applicable laws and platform rules
Third-Party Platforms
Nimbus may work with third-party platforms such as Amazon, KDP, IngramSpark, Draft2Digital, Meta, and Google.

Platform approvals
Algorithm changes
Account decisions
Search rankings
Category changes
Advertising policies
Distribution availability
Platform outages
No Guarantee of Results

Book sales
Bestseller status
Rankings
Advertising profitability
Media coverage
Speaking opportunities
Leads
Revenue
Business opportunities
We provide professional strategy, implementation, analysis, and support.
AI and Technology
Nimbus may use AI-assisted tools for research, analysis, organization, and workflow efficiency.
AI does not replace human professional judgment or oversight.
Confidentiality
Nimbus will use reasonable care to protect confidential client information.
We will not publicly use unpublished manuscripts or confidential client material without permission.
Portfolio Use
